		<description>It would be good if they could get a few more lodges up and running down in the south east. In Scotland you might have a wee village with a mens and ladies lodge, sometimes a juvinille lodge and a band. They&#039;ll have their own hall and act as a focal point for a definable, self sustaining community.

My observation is that outside Liverpool, Tyneside and Corby you don&#039;t really get that same developed sense of community around English lodges. They are dotted about mainly made up of ex-servicemen and Scots who have settled in England. I don&#039;t think there is a single ladies or juvinille lodge outside of the areas mentioned above.</description>
